About the artwork
Portalen (2025) is a mural created for Sara Garanty. Plant-like forms in orange, blue and purple grow across the walls and continue upwards across the hallway’s vaulted ceiling.
The painting follows the architecture of the space, turning the passage between rooms into part of the work. The hallway becomes a colourful portal that surrounds those who walk through it.
