About the artwork
The Monster Garden 1 (2024) is a tufted textile work in which a green and yellow eye emerges among curls and dense fields of colour.
Short and long pile meet in turquoise, rust red, blue, black and burgundy. Loose threads extend beyond the forms, giving the textile garden a wild, ever-changing movement.
